Description
Incredible bungalow in the south of Tenerife, cosy but spacious. It has an exit from the living room to a private terrace equipped with hammocks to enjoy the good climate of the area. There is a large swimming pool in the complex, and if you are more of a beachgoer, it is only 200 metres away!
**Pool. Closed from 3 October to 30 November 2022. Parque Santiago I will provide access to its swimming pool for our guests during this time, the complex is only 150 metres from our accommodation.

The apartment is perfectly located next to the beach promenade and the beach, but it is still very quiet since it is facing the pool area. The apartment is very nice with a patio on the lower floor and a balcony on the upper, it is even better than tsee more

If we go back to Las Américas I would without a doubt want to rent this apartment again.

We stayed here as a couple in our early 30s for one week in November. Had a really excellent stay and would strongly recommend. Pros: - Apartment location is absolutely excellent. About 200m from the sea, right beside the pool, taxi rank right outsidsee more
We stayed here as a couple in our early 30s for one week in November. Had a really excellent stay and would strongly recommend. Pros: - Apartment location is absolutely excellent. About 200m from the sea, right beside the pool, taxi rank right outside, 5/10 minute walk from main strip. Small super market right outside also. - Amenities in the apartment are excellent. During our stay we noticed a lot of restaurants were closed due to the pandemic. However, there are more than sufficient cooking facilities with a large fridge which meant we were able to cook most nights. - You have an upstairs balcony and a downstairs terrace. Both have the sun for the vast majority of the day. And then you are right beside the pool which makes it easy to cool off. - Apartment is super spacious for two people and it would be fine for two adults and two kids. Might get a bit cramped with four adults. - Pool is really nice. - Nice selection of books available too! - The complex overall is really nice and quite quiet. Cons - One of the mattresses is a bit uncomfortable. My partner who is a light sleeper found it hard to sleep on. Not a big issue for me. Probably needs to be replaced (the mattress, not my partner!) Overall we had a great time and will definitely be coming back!
